What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient medical system that takes into account the influence of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and space) on our body, mind and energy. Keeping a balance between them contributes to a healthy and happy life.
We live in a very dynamic and full of stimuli world, which often disturbs our natural balance. We most often experience the effects of these disturbances in everyday family relationships: with our partners, children and parents. The manifestation of such disorders can manifest itself in the form of emotional hyperactivity, lack of efficient communication, depression, disengagement, rebellion, the desire to escape, and on the physical level, accumulation of stress, insomnia, addictions of all kinds, and finally illness.
