To file a complaint, follow the steps below:

  1. Filing a complaint

Please contact us by e-mail or telephone and provide us with the following details:

name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.

  1. Returning the product

When submitting a complaint, please send the product back together with a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt.

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, inform us about it by phone or e-mail and send the returned product to our address together with the received receipt or invoice.
